Questions Owners Ask
What’s the difference between Tenure and Weekends?
Tenure is a monthly membership. We check on the house twice a month, all year. Weekends are booked one at a time, whenever you’re coming up. A lot of owners do both, and members get lower weekend rates.
Is this only for football weekends?
No. Book a weekend for any visit, from graduation to a quiet week in July. We just know game weekends fill up first, so book those early.
What if something goes wrong while I’m away?
Members get a check within 24 hours of any big storm, and we’re a phone call away for anything else. If something’s off at the house, you’ll hear it from us first.
